3 – Muhammad b. `Ali b. al-Husayn said: There is no harm with wudu by nabidh, for the Prophet صلى الله عليه وآله had done wudu with it. And that was water in which dates had been cast, and it was clear on top of it, so he did wudu with it.

[522] 3 ـ محمد بن علي بن الحسين قال: لا بأس بالوضوء بالنبيذ، لأن النبي ( صلى الله عليه وآله ) قد توضأ به، وكان ذلك ماء قد نبذت فيه تميرات، وكان صافيا فوقها، فتوضأ به.
