1 – Muhammad b. `Ali b. al-Husayn by his isnad from `Ammar b. Musa as-Sabati that he had asked Abu `Abdillah عليه السلام about a man who finds a mouse in his vessel, and he had done wudu from that vessel a number of times, or done ghusl from it, or washed his clothing, and the mouse had its skin stripped off.  So he said: If he had seen it in the vessel prior to doing ghusl or doing wudu or washing his clothing, then he did that after he had seen in it in the vessel, then it would be upon him to wash his clothing and to wash all of what came in contact with that water, and to repeat the wudu and the salat.  And if he had only seen it after finishing that and doing it, then he is not to touch anything from that water.  There is nothing upon him for he does not know when it fell in it.  Then he said: Perhaps it only had fallen in it that hour (in) which he saw it.
And the Shaykh narrated it by his isnad from `Ammar b. Musa.
And he also narrated it by his isnad from Ishaq b. `Ammar likewise.
