It was narrated to me by Moḥammed bin al-Ḥassan al-Ṣaffār, from Muʿāwiyah bin Ḥakīm, from ʿAbd Allāh bin Mughīra, from ʿAbd Allāh Muskān:1

From Abī ʿAbd Allāh عليه السلام, who said: Whoever mentions Allāh upon his ablution, it is as if he has performed ghusl.2
